Students in my 6th through 8th grade science classes are able to move between the library computer lab for research, find the latest information about what they are learning, and create projects and the science lab to conduct experiments, build projects, and utilize lab equipment.

To the left, students are using large rocks to create the slopes and covering them with clay.

To the left, the students were able to create something they thought worked, but I sent them back to the computers to re-explore what a watershed is.

To the right, the students worked on redoing the project. they tore down the whole structure and started over.
